Why do I write?

I write because I cannot not write.

In sixth grade, I fell in love with three things: poetry, politics, and language. A single word has the magical ability to evoke different feelings in us, depending on where, when, how, and by whom it is spoken. That is exactly what I fell in love with. The change that words cause in me without changing themselves. So, in sixth grade, I started writing some poems, whose meaning I kept and with which I created my first book, "The Law of Correspondence."

What is the meaning?

"The Law of Correspondence" is a series of poems that leads to youthfulness. By "youth," I am not referring to a person's age. Youth is when the soul is at the peak of its health, when our body is strong and acceptable to us, when the mind is open and the heart is healed and forgiving. These poems help me on my own journey towards youth, and this book was created to inspire anyone who reads it and wants to think about it.

What is the "Law of Correspondence"?

Ο νόμος αυτός είναι η ιδέα ότι ο κόσμος δεν αποτελείται από σπασμένα κομμάτια, αλλά από καθρέφτες που αντανακλούν ο ένας στον άλλον. Ό,τι συμβαίνει στο μεγάλο ,συμβαίνει και στο μικρό. Ό,τι ζει μέσα μας ,υπάρχει και έξω μας. Η ποίηση δεν είναι απλώς η τέχνη του λόγου, αλλά πράξη επανάστασης και αλληλογραφίας. Στα ποιήματά μου ,προσπαθώ να δέσω το προσωπικό με το οικουμενικό ,να συνδέσω τον έρωτα με την πολιτική. Προσπαθώ να γράφω για όνειρα και ιδέες και να αφήνω στην άκρη οτιδήποτε συμβατικό και ΄΄σωστό΄΄.Αυτή για εμένα είναι πράξη επαναστατική , σε έναν κόσμο πρακτικό να τολμάς να ονειρευτείς!
