My name is Stelios Pepinidis and I'm from Athens.
I've been involved in music since I was a preschooler, where my parents started me on the piano (YAY GOOD PEOPLE!!!). Finally after years ,somewhere around 5the – 6the I started to get drummed out of my eardrums. I went to music high school and high school in Pallini, but there was no drums σαν όργανο εκμάθησης, οπότε πέρα από πιάνο, ταμπουρά και ταμπούρο, άρχισα να μαθαίνω μόνος μου τύμπανα και τελικά με κέρδισε. Έγινα drummer! I went through bands, shapes, projects of various kinds, live all sorts of things and at some point I wanted to get it out there. So because I didn't want to wait for a third party to do the job and because I am one of the "lucky ones", having a space on the roof of my parents' house , I made it into a studio, I made it (...and I'm making.... and will make it) and I made it look like a studio. sound treatment, so that I could record myself, while at the same time I started to learn how to record. The same thing happened with the video chapter. I got equipment, cameras, lights, learned (and am also learning) cinematography and editing.
Common , for anyone who understands, I'm involved in three expensive "hobbies" (drums, image and sound) which, however, with the passage of time, become more and more "professional".
I ended up being a session drummer/στουντιάς/videographer with his own studio and equipment to record and videotape whatever he is asked to do.
At the same time I use this space to study, give lessons to my students and rehearse with the bands.
At the moment I am a drummer mainly in metal bands such as Vromostomoi, Euphrosyne, Desert near the end, Legit in a format for events and partys where we play rnb, pop, funk, rock etc. and finally I'm trying to make a drum ‘n’ bass scheme, which is more difficult than it sounds in the end... but where will it go? it will be done!!!! Everything will be done! Maybe at some point I'll even play the road, who knows?
